@candyfloss184 Yeah I know,SA won all the round robin matches against Ind & Aus only to lose out in the final.I guess the final was in Mumbai.India scored around 220 & bowled South Africa for 185.If my guess is right,the above clip was from the first match of this triangular series,probably played in Hyderabad's old stadium.SA & India played a lot of cricket during the 96-97 season.They played a triangular in Sharjah along with Pakistan,then SA toured India followed by India touring SA.

@kradensteiger THIS WAS IN 1996 IN TITAN CUP INDIA. INDIA, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA PLAYED AND IN THIS MATCH I REMEMBER THAT S.A. WON. BUT ULTIMATELY WHO WON THE CUP?? ANY GUESS? IT WAS OUR VERY OWN INDIA. INDIA WON THIS TITAN CUP UNDER THE CAPTAINCY OF SACHIN TENDULKAR. I STILL REMEBER THOSE NIGHTS. IT WAAS JUST BEFORE DIWALI AND OUR ENTIRE NATION WAS IN FIRE CRACKERS AFTER WINNING. HIP HIP HURRAHHHHHHHHHHHHH....I LOVE U MY INDIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

@sbr1601 I guess this was way back in 97.Ganguly collides with Fannie de villiers & he fails to complete the run before Mcmillan takes the bails off.He is ruled out but is called back by the South African captain Hansie Cronje.It was a good gesture from Hansie.The whole of South Africa loved him,too bad the way his career & life ended.
