Anyone who says that buckethead doesnt play with feeling really hasnt got a clue. Why Robert Fink is even on this stage is a mystery to me me. Buckethead shits on Fink and Slash in every way! hes too good for the like of GnR

@kamikazee502 That's funny, because Buckethead has a perfect understanding of music theory which is why he plays fast, and changes modes so frequently. As soon as you can change from Phryngian to Aeolian without thinking about it, then it would be fair to judge.

Anyone that thinks Buckethead lacks emotion obviously hasn't heard enough of his music to pass judgement properly, some of Buckethead's songs would deem this emotionless. The only thing Slash has going for him is that he's older, but all he ever did was copy Joe Perry's style and make it a little bit heavier. Buckethead is much more diverse, talented and inspirational.

i agree with u, buckethead could most prob play any of slahs's material easily over slash playing his, but this is because buckethead is a very technical guitarist. but there is no comparison when it comes to the feel/soul/emotion in the solo, true he (buckethead) hits all the notes but he doesn't execute close to how slash executes the solo.
