She is an incredible singer, but her band is also incredible and without them she'd be lost... They know how to keep her voice out front and are very careful not to upstage her...

Performing live music is all about letting yourself "go" and not worrying about how you look... If somebody is worried about how the singer looks, they aren't listening and are missing the whole point of music anyway...
