This is Rockstar Sissy before she was Rockstar Sissy. She always wanted to be a Rockstar but it didn't happen until a few years later when she started making up her own songs. This is a Karaoke contest in Times Square. The time is 4am and the Rockstar had given up waiting for her name to be called. As she went out the door, they called her name and she by chance heard.
