@131holly I'd advise looking at the MBR95 over the MBR1000 as it's a new NetBSD based router. The modem just needs to be plugged into the router for it to work.

@3Gstore i have verizon wireless i am going to get the mbr1000 so get a good one and if it do not work i am just going to look into something else. and how do u set it up do u just plug the usb into the roter and it connect to it?

@131holly The MBR100 is compatible with the EC228, what carrier do you have? You may want to look at the MBR95 as the MBR1000 is pretty much an obsolete router now and the MBR95 replaces it.

@RackemZacemRobot Did you get your router with 3Gstore? If so, shoot us an email at support for help on getting the firmware updated. If not, you can try getting in touch with Cradlepoint directly for assistance on getting the firmware updated.

@BLUENIGHTMARES2288 Depends on the carrier, only officially tested on Telus. Just so you know the MBR1000 is an obsolete model and has been replaced by the MBR95.
