Crawling along at 10 miles per day, TxDOT recently oversaw the transport of a mammoth 1.7 million pound Toshiba steam turbine engine. A custom rig with 520 tires transported the generator, measuring in at 39 feet wide, 18 feet high, and as long as a football field. This is the heaviest load that has ever been moved this distance in Texas!

  • Wow, i move equipment, never do my eight axles of tires go flat on bottom like that, lol, thats freakn heavy..

  • @rlorion in texas w/ 22.5 tires you can get 20k per axel (axel defined as group of four tires) i see 72 axels on the trailer so thats 1.4 million ....and the video says 1.7 million .... and you can see those tires squating
