NORML Deputy Director and "Marijuana Is Safer" coauthor Paul Armentano is interviewed on Fox News Channel's "Freedom Watch" with Judge Andrew Napolitano. Paul discusses some of the science surrounding marijuana, the current administration's approach to the substance, and of course the fact that marijuana is far safer than alcohol for the user and for society.

Anything smoked can cause cancer as far as I know, but thats why we have vaporisers and various ways of cooking weed into food! Anyway I hate when anyone uses cancer as a reason for the prohibition, by that logic tobacco, barbecued food, smoked food excessive sun bathing etc. should be illegal.

If they got around to legalizing it there would be a huge new industry with thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in revenue that could be taxed and regulated by the government. The regulation could be funded with all of the taxpayer dollars being spent on prosecuting small time offenders regarding cannabis crimes.

It's time to re-evaluate the unwarranted anti-cannabis superstition and make a change for the better.. It could save America from falling into another great depression. IMHO.

Oddly enough, smoking Marijuana doesnt cause cancer... In fact the only harm done to a persons lungs they could find was bronchitis, but that's only in cases of extremely heavy use over many years, nothing the casual user need fear...
