This is the first time I've heard this song! Love it! And if you listen carefully, it's the same tune as "I'll Always Love You" from the Muppets Take Manhattan slowed down, which works for me...love that song too!

Muppet Wiki says that one of the Monotones on this recording is Thad Mumford, who also did Dr. Thad.

Oh, nevermind; I read the article for Thad Mumford and it said that... though I wonder why they would use a totally different performer for this song, considering the members pretty much already had primary performers by the time this was made.

Oh, Thad Mumford performed one of the Monotones? I didn't know that until I saw the article for this song.
Maybe he was performing Chrissy? That's just my guess.

I can already hear Cerf's voice in this song, so it's hands down Richard.

Oh, okay, never mind then.
Hold on! "Four" was recorded in 1977, and that's where we heard Richie's true voice, so now why is Thad performing him?

Well... technically, Richard's voice is also heard in "A Body Full Of Rythym" and "Telephone Rock solo (just with Chrissy singing his lines).
As for Thad performing Richard... well, Everbody's Record only credits him as one of the performers, but I'd have to mute out the other voices to hear it more clearly.

Bringing this convo back up, I listened more carefully and I can definetly hear Thad's voice. I admit, when I first heard this song, I did think one of the Monotones sounded a little different, but I just assumed it was still the same performers anyway till I saw Thad's article.
