Shiny Paras appears in LeafGreen!

I was watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and right when "The End" appeared on the screen, I looked down at my SP to see sparkles spin across a dark Paras. I've had no faith in my LeafGreen and I was expecting B/W to shine, so this was a big surprise. Too bad I wasn't looking otherwise I could've tried to hit the Menu. I've always wanted shiny Paras.

I also pulled a Gold Star Jolteon today, so I've been pretty lucky.

I wasn't keeping track of encounters but I'm at 5794 on those B/W games as of finding this. Though that number doesn't include extra Pokemon from double battles or Mount Moon.

Nicknamed her Vespucci after Cristina Vespucci from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Requiescat in pace, my love.
