They are under investigation by the FTC and the US Dept of Justice for fraud. expect them to disappear to the Cayman Islands soon. ANYTHING you put in your stomach with milk as a base, yogurt, homemade smoothie etc will curb your appetite and help you lose weight just as much as this sham product. Buy some fat free plain yogurt, use artificial sweetener and the fruit or flavor of your choice, find a good recipe, you're good to go. I lost 23 pounds in 7 months working out 1hr/day and eating right
1st the claim heard on radio ads women have to work out 1 hour a day just to maintain a given weight is ridiculous, obvious red flag for a scam. wanna lose weight? Work out 1 hr/day. I lost 20 lbs in 6 months doing that. Anyone claims this business is legit is a shill working for the company. Every scam business has people paid to pose on fraud forums claiming the biz is legit. Personal stories are faked. People who lose weight some other way are hired by these companies and use their own photos
1st of all the pitch line (heard on radio ads) claiming that women half to work out 1 hour a day at the gym just to maintain a given weight is flat out ridiculous, and should be the obvious giveaway as to a scam. You want to lose weight? Work out 1 hour per day. I lost 20 pounds in 6 months by doing that. Anyone who claims this is legit is a shill working for the company
It's a bait-and-switch scam. Customers report unauthorized charges to their credit cards and difficulty returning product for refunds. Read more about "RightSize Smoothies" at complaintsboard-dot-com.
What is funny is how people think this show is actually a non-bias take on the product acting surprised when in fact this "show" is not a show at all. It is all part of their marketing, the woman is an actress, nothing more. I won't discredit the product having never tried it, I just laugh at the marketing of products like this how they come across as not knowing anything about it, when in fact they do. Its like the infomercials, bad actors who try to sell a product.
their billing practices are crazy, but the smoothies are great! I had to switch my debit card # for them to stop charging me
