  • I like to keep it gluten free. I am not a fan of it....and think that many allergies are linked to eating wheat and gluten products. I personally get sensitive to it now that I cleaned it out for the most part..I become congested in my nasal passages. Not sure about everyone else though.

  • Update, since I had gone off, I have been on and off since then...Now I am committed to staying 100% vegan with some cooked foods until I am ready to jump back into low fat raw vegan. I will get there, but for me it has to happen at my pace. I am now happy to report that although it is not much, I am eating 90% raw vegan and feeling good. I feel better on all raw and I hope to get there soon! Who's with me? check out my husband's new website the fruitarian. com

  • Your videos are so motivating!

  • @kaylasweet180 Thnx:) Glad to see you are motivated..that was the idea..Just love to share my experiences!

  • I went way off the 811 wagon since this video..but now that I just watchied it, i have actually inspired myself to go back. I felt so good back then..nothing like I do now with the weght gain and the fatigue that i have now from cooked foods

  • I wouldn't say high fat raw is as bad a as a burger! lol You are still getting pretty good nutrition compared to processed meat.

  • check my channel, highlights the dangers of 801010

  • With fats they are only unhealthy as long as they are prepared or heat treated .

Dr Udo Erasmus say this. He is a long term scientist in fats!

  • @enochah Hey! Glad you're doing well and fruit is great but I would *HIGHLY* recommend adding greens, vegetables and even occasional avocado or soaked nuts just to balance out your nutrition in the long-term.

  • Are you a gluten-free vegan or dyou consume lots of gluten from wheat products?
