Industrialized nations contribute two-thirds of the gas emissions believed to be causing global warming. But according to the 2010 World Development Report, the world's developing countries will suffer most from more extreme droughts, floods and other natural disasters triggered by climate change. The report says financial aid to mitigate the impact of those disasters should come from wealthy countries. VOA's Rosanne Skirble has details.
