@bughippy Here's an excerpt of Youtube's Terms of Service section 5b " You shall not download any Content unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by YouTube on the Service for that Content." I'm not sure whether or not it's illegal, but it certainly does violate the ToS, and if caught (which I doubt someone would be) it could result in a suspended or banned account/IP.
