Thanks for the feedback, the first exercise is not a regular pull-up its a combination of a burpee, pull-up and partial muscle-up. Its really not that easy did you try it? And the other exercise you commented on is call a dumbbell splash and it a multi-planer functional exercise that is great for transfer of power from the ground up through the core. Again you should try it, it gets your heart rate up pretty good.
