@maniaclatdisciple i respectfully disagree i think that we out too much emphasis on age it is just a year i mean really even as a sophomore ,which is what he technically is age wise, this is an amazing feat. Im not saying that Lukas should be treated like a god but cmon give the kid some credit i know we will see him do some big things in the future

@maniaclatdisciple your comment is completely stupid. He is one year older than the grade he's in. So as a sophomore he should be a junior, not a senior, but that doesn't matter since hes already said hes graduating his junior year because of this age difference. When he ran this race he was 16, so him and Zack Wills were/are the same age. Yes, he is that good. He has the High School 5k Indoor record. That's not good? He is the National Champion at 5k for Nike and Footlocker.

Lukas is 16 years old his family moved here when he was a baby and started school late. He might be even 17 here because in indoor season he was 16 so you never know he might of turn 17 already. people ignore the fact that he really should be a junior or senior not a freshman sorry lukas fans he's not that good

This was the 2009 race the 2010 race will be this summer. Wills was a sophomore last year is a junior this year so this is the most recent one. Dunbar was a senior last year is a freshman this year at Portland.
