Thanks for the terrific "cooking" video! I hope you decide to make more of them. I liked your other videos. For those contemplating the transition, if they can see several videos, and know they can follow the directions, then they might be more likely to purchase the food processor, dehydrator and blender, if they don't already have them.

@fruitarian Thanks. We have a purpose built raw kitchen. A larger deluxe hollywood-style second "fruit-friendly" one is being built as we speak, designed especially for video teaching. Tile floor, 12 foot granite main peninsula- 20 amp electric- the "raw food/ fruitarian 'minimalist' efficient works!" As soon as it is finished I will be able to work on many more. Eight years ago our raw wellness/ efficient fitness teaching center took off after we had been here since 89. Been so busy since...

great Cheez but the video of the man in the black shirt which follows is using olive oil which is not raw - will not transmit electricity (chi). Why mess up the recipe with something that is dead like that? Use avocado or soaked almonds.
