Hey feji, it is really hard to translate since it has many phrasal verb in it.
But unlike baris32145 states it is not about hailing war and kalasnikov. This song is ironic, and behind the irony it criticizes the world system built upon opportunism and guarded by man at arms (pointing kalasnikov as an example).

it's a good cover version, new to me, thanks for uploading it, & thnx for the lyrics. Re: who stole what: I'm afraid it wasn't her, it was him, Goran Bregović, who knicked ALL of 'his' music, from Gypsies, mainly from Šaban Bajramovič, but he hasn't been too fussy. stole from anyone in sight with some talent. But Kušturica's been at it just the same.

silahın kullanımı o kadar kolay ki bir çocuk bile kullanabilir diyorlardı ve kullandılar da...

In 1997, he worked with Turkish singer Sezen Aksu on her album Düğün ve Cenaze (Wedding and Funeral). After that album, he continued making composite albums with other musicians that were based on his music and singers' lyrics.
