Touchscreens were invented in the 1970s, before Nintendo was even in the game console business.

No. They didn't create the touchscreen. Nintendo was the first however to bring out the touchscreen on the market. Apple beefed it up.

What she neglect to tell was the study was paid for by Nokia.
They reason they chose a range of 30 years was to dilute the findings, since everyday cell use wasn't prevalent or affordable until after 2000.
