  • I got really bad shoulders so i cant go all the way down for bench press usually 1 inch away from ALl the way down

  • @pavy415

Understand- for a person with "bad" shoulders. It is critical to warm your shoulders up with arm rotations- take your time- really take your time in warming up your shoulders and start with light weight slow and build the weight up gradually- but do what you can,. Peace Vic

  • Hey Vic, by doing exactly as you say, what kind of results should one expect and how quick? I've been watching your videos for a while, i have tried other methods and no results. Thanks

  • @schoolboy405

There are a lot of things that re up to me - but this isn't one of them friend. I can tell you that finding the right training method is a challenge -try my mine and see how it works for you- visit my site and check me out on vicsnatural and Facebook Victor Costa Trainer

  • ...I know that you Victor say to start with small weights and then, once you have a perfect tecnique, gradually increase the weight. But to get muscles like yours you need to lift heavy weights one day right? Dou you think it can be a real issue for the heart?

Waiting for your advice, thank you.

  • @davidetre

The key is to do these exercises with this form with heavier and heavier weights. It would make sense as you get stronger that you will be able to be more facile with heavier and heavier tools. When you're young you swing a hammer, only after you can handle that rather easily can you pick up a sledge hammer. Peace, Vic

  • @davidetre This is a guy I'd like to know because I agree. We often worry about the outside of our bodies but the real deal is the inside. I concur with the good doctor. Everyone should get checked out and then workout accordingly. Good health. Vic

  • Now that I finally found a good trainer like you Victor (I have your dvd, book and everything..) the doctor told me that to lift heavy weights is not good for your heart! especially if you have high blood pressure. I did already the "under stress test" and the result was really good, no heart problems ect. but still even for a completely healthy person this doctor (that is a renowned cardiologist but probably never played sports in his life) advises to not overdo heavy weights ...(continue...
