Rare Box Guitar Demo 2 of 2: 2006

Rare footage of Stu Box testing the first batch of SRB-640 12 string guitars ever made. Serial numbers 001 to 007 are shown here. Stu still has 001 but the rest reside in homes all over the world. You may notice that a number of these guitars have different tunings, some with extended bass and some with various open tunings. An interesting effect Stu often utilizes is letting the top set of strings resinate while playing the bottom set, he will often run a whammy pedal on the open strings changing pitch as they feedback due to the direct effect of what he plays on the bottom set creating some huge and often bizarre sounds.

lol....Yes, who would ever guess. Should be an Australian story in that, I'll never forget when all the big bosses from Sydney came done and got the tour of the place by Pat, then they walked into the track shop and saw a guitar factory,
