I can't hear any German accent at all, I can only hear a normal London accent.
And yet there's a slight sense she's speaking English as a second language, can't really put my finger on it. Something in her cadence or rhythm of her speech maybe?

The woman is English not German, her native language is English, she was born in England and moved to Germany at the age of 8, hence the British accent.

yeah, she grew up bilingually in London in her first years. Someday when your German is advanced, you should try her book Feuchtgebiete. You might learn some new vulgar vocabulary :)
