Logic escapes it for sure. My mom just got a 532 pet series and it does a great job, and is pretty mellow. My 560 on the other hand is aggressive, and is visibly agitated every time it encounters an object. It also seeks out places to get stuck, but only if you're not watching. Still, I like it more than vacuuming myself.
