Wolfenstein 3D Gameplay (PlayStation Network)

Gameplay of the newly released port of Wolfenstein 3D on PSN. Sorry for the poor audio quality. Usagi704, who is the one playing, is pretty difficult to hear, but I come through really well being closer to the camera.

Personal opinion, but I don't get why some people buy really old games like this. I would go for the new Wolfenstein, but that's just me.

There's nothing wrong with old games. It only matters if it's fun.

does this ps3 version have a map overview of the level like the iphone version? ive never played the original so im just wondering, cuz otherwise it would be really easy to get lost...

This is basically the first first-person shooter that there was. Call of Duty wouldn't even exist without this game.

@shmookins very simple answer. People grow up with these old games and of course they want to relive that experience. I still prefer old games over the new ones.

I enjoy playing this game. My only problem with it (as with all fps's I play) is that I get lost too easily. :`(

Man, I wish they'd ported the Mac version to PS3. Still, for $5, I'm very tempted. I'm trying to decide between this and Gunstar Heroes.

That's not something to be glad about. Wolfenstein 3D, although the graphics seem dumb because you've grown up with modern video games, is a very cool and difficult game with lots of secrets and challenges. It's a classic- the first FPS game ever.
