MILWAUKEE -- Kobe Bryant hit a 15-footer as time expired and scored the game's final seven points over the last 1:18 of overtime to lift the Los Angeles Lakers to a 107-106 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night.

Bryant, who had 27 of his 39 points in the second half and overtime, missed a shot from nearly the same spot from the left elbow that would've won it at the buzzer to end regulation.

Given a second chance, he backed down Charlie Bell again and drained the jumper to start the celebration.

Pau Gasol had 26 points and a career-high 22 rebounds for the Lakers (20-4), who tied Boston for the best record in the NBA with their 13th win in the last 14 games.

  • The video captions are wrong. Since there was no foul, and the Bucks didn't call a time out, the clock wasn't supposed to stop after he scored. The clock doesn't automatically stop after any other shot in the game, this one isn't any different.

  • @cocotazo in the last two minutes of the game the clock stops after every basket. it's up to the team to call a 20-sec timeout to advance the ball past halfcourt without inbounding or just call a full timeout

  • @pnoyfilipino ?? Lebron averages more points, higher FG, more rebounds, more assists, more steals, more blocks in his career an about shooting how do you explain making more 3 pointers and shooting a higher % than kobe???? and how do you explain cavs losing all 4 games without lebron last season and lakers winning 3 of 4 games without kobe which were beating portland by 17, utah by 17, and spurs by 20, later that season with kobe they lost to the spurs by 20 lol

  • @shaqtakesatumble clock stops when ball goes through hoop and touches a player or hits the ground

  • @pnoyfilipino

You said they weren't comparable, then compared them and got it all fucking wrong. Lebron hits more clutch shots while attempting fewer, who gives a fuck whose jump shot looks good Lebron has a much better jumper, only 2% wrose than dirks. He shoots everything except for FT at a better % and your going on about overrated. Open your eyes.

  • @pnoyfilipino

ur saying kobes better cuz hes more clutch and has a better jumpshot!! u and the other posers learn not to just say wut everyone else is saying lebron averages more pts more rebounds more blocks more assists more steals more pts Way more explosive (hes a 270 ib man who moves like a point guard HOW IS THAT OVERRATED????) hes pretty clutch too, so r u blind deaf or retarted?????? u and all the other posers need to learn that u cant base in the finals in the 4th quarter!!!!

  • kobe owns wisconsin!

  • he even copy mj how to calebrate after hitting the shot biggest impersonator ever

  • Like this if you saw this live!!!

  • why would they foul him.... they didn't have any fouls to give dumb ass.... and time left on the clock....? at the the most there should of been .5 seconds left...... thats only enough time for a tip in which wouldn have happened from across the court

  • @pnoyfilipino Kobe bryant is 29-100 in his career on game winning or potential tying shots. He is 5-21 in his career in the playoffs when it really matters. Kobe bryant is overrated in the clutch, and everyone is consumed by the media to see that hes overrated. Kobes a future hall of famer, but hes not better than lebron right now. If both retired today, kobe would go own as better. But you cant even compare the two anymore.
