Her spirit equaled her talent, she was one of the nicest, and I mean nicest people I have ever known..like a true angel. She saw the good in everyone. She is truely missed and loved!

@JudgmentDayCuming I went to CVS (class of 81') and I remember the Orchestra did the same thing for Minnie Rippeton....She visited and they played.....They overshelmed her, when she cried b/c she was deeply impressed that they thought highly of her and her music; they were reaaly good at playing it......so honored to learn CVS held Angela Charles in the same high regard.....EXCELLENT works there....EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!

@qtnique1 ...No, no , no ,no ,no...I can't believe this....I jus can't. (Strange how she felt like a real sister to me....can't see how to type this cause of the teasrs, they keep flowing.......Is that love for her? I would say it is....) Didn't know til yesterday, before going out the door for work, that this, another of my most favorite Singers, slipped behind the veils.....Her voice haunted me when I first heard it, back when iwas 24 yrs old, on the radio WBMX and WGCI (Chicago stations)....

Such range and depth her talented voice., save for Minnie Ripperton (another Chicago Jewel ) is unmatched and unfortunately silenced way ahead of her time !!! I remember purchasing this album in DC from her and the group personally @ the Iverson Mall GOD BLESS

Angela is a friend of mine and she had a massive stoke today. Please keep Angela in your prayers and pray she comes out this coma. She is an AMAZING person and yes a tremendous gift!
