Jaipur Foot 1

BMVSS is an NGO based in Jaipur, India. It is the homeplace to the creation of the famous "Jaipur Foot". Artificial limbs are fitted here and across the world using this method.

I met this particular gentleman at the Jaipur HQ, he was telling me how his artifical leg has not only meant that he can walk but get back to work and carry on providing for his family. It's liberated him completely. He challenged another visitor from the US to a race, and it was a close tie!
