I'm at 150,000 on my 2003. Battery, trans, everything still fine and going strong. I now burn a little oil between oil changes, but otherwise all good.

2003 Honda Civic Hybrid 118,000 miles original battery

hey do you need to treat the car a certain way to get such good mileage from the battery?
i have a 2006 hch it had the battery replaced at 70 000km but it was recalled and they done it, i hadn't experienced problems with it.

@ingaman 1 mile=1.6 KM!!

@bigbearballs I have ~120K on my 2003 now. I'm getting scared, lol...
The battery was just replaced last summer and a new transmission a few years before that. Don't think I had any other mechanical problems with it.

@Tattoobrad22 If you're telling the truth, congrats. I just don't see how that pos battery could make it this long.

BTW, my IMA light went on around 106,000 and Honda wanted $3500 to replace my battery pack. I sold it and got a fit.

I went over 100,000 miles on mine in 2006. I now own a 2006 and will go over 100,000 miles on it tomorrow morning.
