that's my point. people are afraid of genetically modified foods because they think if they eat a tomato with a fish gene, they'll grow gills.

On May 19 the American Academy of Environmental Medicine called on Physicians to educate their patients, the medical community, and the public to avoid genetically modified foods when possible and provide educational materials concerning GM foods and health risks. They called for a moratorium on GM foods. Learn how to say NO to GMOs: Type Institute for Responsible Technology into your search engine and go to their website.

How is he a lie?? I thought that Bill Nye was unbiased throughout the video. Its a show focused at a youth audience, I doubt he wants to waste air time to get political. Hes just presenting the basic facts about GM foods.
