I think its great that you can draw inspiration from an animated character, it would be great to see Belle from beauty and the beast or Cruella as your next tuts :)

@LePurrLeMeow isn't the cat's name penelope? i think i heard that somewhere... that's what i'm going with :) Hallmark does ornaments, and this year I think they are supposed to have one coming that is Penelope with Peppy LePew. I'm DYING to get it! she's too stinkin cute.

Yes it is, I love Peppy LePew cartoons. In fact, my Valentine's card to my husband this year had Peppy on it saying "ooh la la." Also, I have a pair of pink pajamas that have little French cats on them, and the pajamas say "le meow" all over.

ok. i just watched the Sleeping Beauty tutorial and I was the one that commented on both songs in that individually, saying that I was going to have them stuck in my head for a long time because I love them so much and they always do. Bless Yore Beautiful Hide never fails to permaglue itself into my brain and I will be singing it for eternity. I am addicted to Howard Keel. He may not always play the nicest of characters, but that VOICE! That was a gift straight from God to the movie musical!!

This is a cute look!! But, to be honest, I really am missing your more authentic hair with the bettie bangs. I was going through some of your older videos and personally prefer that style and that overall retro look. I hope some day you go back, it suits you so much!

@lisaturtle13 I wouldnt say these looks w/out bangs are less authentic...there are actually far more styles that were popular int he 40's and 50's that don't have bangs than those that incorporate them. But that said, I fully intend to go back to my bangs someday...I am growing them out so that I can cut my hair into a bob and demonstrate fingerwaving.
