Making Fried Kway Teow

Mr. Song (who makes fantastic lime juice) has a friend in the opposite food stall that makes fried stuff. One of the stuff's he makes is fried kway teow - which was fun to watch

There are not any chairs - all fixed stools. Its the hawker center across from People's Park Cmplx and down maybe 2 streets toward Pearle Centre. Its on Level 2, level 1 is filled with all sorts of stalls with clothes, watches, you name it

Its on the opposite side of Eu Tong Seng from OG - and a couple of blocks closer to Pearle Center - maybe 1 street past Temple St.

Thanks for this very informative insight. I shall be more quiet in

the kitchen and not bang spoons against the wok - preparing Chinese,

Thai, Khmer, Malay or Indonesian food.

Thai copied many nation cooking and called them Thai food. For example, they copied Chinese Fried noodle like the one in this video and called it Pad Thai.

Thais are thieves.
