@GeauxSaints7 it is not that hard to do just put a teaspoon of powder in a zip lock bag then pour it into a gatorade or a juice that has some carbs, it is much cheaper to do the powder and it takes about 7 caps to equal one teaspoon of powder, so do what you think is best but powder is much cheaper

@GeauxSaints7 the met rx caps we have are good i will send you a link to your channel but the Millennium powder 500 grams is a much better value, creatine is tasteless so there is no reason to put it in a cap, caps make the price 3 times more cause not only the cost of the caps but also the machinery to inject the creatine into the cap rather than just putting 500 grams in a bottle
