I suggest you should try the program

    offered by the site

    MusclesMaximizer. info

because it was designed around four

    simple to understand formulas which

will help you achieve your body

building goals within a short period

of time. I myself did try it and it works

    so well..

  • @r3phon every carb raises blood sugar man. 20 grams of oatmeal and 20 grams of juice (excluding the fibre in the oatmeal) are going to make you fat. Also processed sugar dosen't make you gain fat, an excess in calories makes you fat. people following an IIFYM approach to fitness have been able to bulk or cut eating some crap.@frost310 is absolutely right about the "experts" comment

  • Thats a really informative video. I highly recommend it to all beginers.

  • A lot of experts on this comment board. .

  • @r3phon

you can get juice without it

  • juices are full of processed sugar and it make your insuline level high therefore it goes as fat

  • that's a lot offfff carbs....no good....carbs are good for the breakfast....complex carbs to keep ur energy high....slow digestion, which means u burn more calorites.....fruit juice= not good......too much sugar.....drink water , drink a cup of milk in the morning, or mix with oatmeal, add some fruits .....now, THAT'S what I call a diet.....that's what I follow

  • ITS BASIC NUTRITION PEOPLE! MOST AMERICANS DON'T EVEN KNOW DIFERENCE BETWEEN A CARBOHYDRATE AND PROTEEIN!!!!!!!!!!!
