Play dumb? Obama is making it look like there is a scheduled tax increase by the previous "democrat majority" administration and then says it was by design? Obama twisted it... It is a tax cut that is expiring!! Hello..The tax cut was never intened to last forever. It means that if the cuts expire the tax rates will resume to a level prior the tax cut. and yes... it was planned that way because we hoped to be out of this mess by now... That's the truth. BTW... I didn't like Bush either..
