@ivy11pearl Initially 1.5 liters per day, but now i only drink by thirst and visible hydration/ dehydration from urine. I think this works best. Sometimes, when you drink too much water you can cause your cells to become hyper-hydrated, which can be bad and also cause electrolyte imbalances. So If you want to do this, I would recommend 1.5 to 2 liters per day for 10 days, but after that, listen to your body.
