@buttkick22 Parker was definetely Top5 guy IMO but his one problem was his uneven style.
Parker does pretty well against best guys like Brashear or Laraque but he was in trouble with some less tough guys i remember although Parker never got beated by them badly.
GrandPierre still scored two wins over Parker.

@droge085 i have nothing against parker but i don't think he was #2 at this time at all. There were at least a few guys in front of parker (like brashear)

wow, parker shows great strenght and balance to be on top of laraque here, although no real punches landed.

Parker is a beast, he handled Brashear well also.

At the time Laraque was the #1 and Parker the #2. I'm a Sharks guy so I know Parker well and boy he swings hard. Shame he's gone.

Parker was just a kid at 20yrs. By 25yrs he would of been a if not the top enforser in the nhl. And why you got to call larague A nig for? I forgot,it's easy to shit talk from a computer.

I love Parker. Watched and cheered from him as an Avs fan and cheered for him with the Sharks. But he did get thumped by Probert. But to defend Parker, Probert thumped everybody. He is what hockey fighters want to be.
