Plowing Through the River

A Mercury Grand Marquis (which belongs to a neighbor) manages to fight through the flood-waters searching for higher ground during the heavy stages of the flood of Louisville, KY '09. Most cars in the immediate area by this point were too submerged to function, but a few managed to make it out. This clip ended up being picked up by The Weather Channel and later MSNBC after first being sent to local Louisville and Lexington news stations. The estimated time of this footage is 9:45 AM, shortly after the hail ceased.
