This is from season 8, episode 11 (or episode 12, depending if you count the 2-hour premiere as one or two episodes) of Stargate SG-1, entitled 'Prometheus Unbound'.

at this time Daniel was kinda muscled up he should have been able to take out Vala but this was more a comedy routine than a real fight

@bonuscheesemilk Yeah I can understand he wanted to leave for them but hey we loved him too !! ^^ Anyway stargate's unfortunatly come to an end but it's still THE BEST Tv show ever and I dont mind watching each episode until I know them by heart ^^ thanks for the info by the way!

@bonuscheesemilk Yeah i am enjoying it but Im a little bit shocked I was so sure I saw all of the episodes apparently I skiped many with vala... I saw season 9 and 10 full and I was so sused to her that I forgot I didnt know where she was comming from! unfortunalty when season 8 was on TV in France I moved in germany and never got to see it fully but Im watching it now thanks to you ^^ you should feel proud of yourself lol

@strass59 I hope you're enjoying season 8! It was a big change for the show as Richard Dean Anderson was taking a much smaller role in preparation to leave the show. There are still some great episodes in it though, and great moments (as you can see above!)

@bonuscheesemilk you know didnt mean to say anything bad just asked for stupid people like me cause Im sure Im not unique out there lol I just noticed that I havent seen much of the 8th season :( 2 episodes by now! so Im trying to see them all lol even though Ive already seen all the others... Michael is just Oo isnt he? ^^

this all makes me wonder if I've watched the first episodes of stargate or not, I saw when O'neill was taking the comands as a new general... I think R.D. Anderson was a little selfish leaving the show I mean everybody loved him .... he could of stayed for 2 little additional years ^^

@strass59 Well, it wasn't really that selfish - the reason he wanted to leave was to spend more time with his family, as acting takes up a LOT of your time. Incidentally, he had a cameo appearance (along with his daughter!) in this week's episode of the Fox comedy 'Raising Hope' - check it out!
