@Snxke I think originally Killer 7 was supposed to be in the same universe as Moonlight Syndrome and Twilight Syndrome. It was never finished properly because Suda51 went on to other projects. In th etrailer you can even see a character from the Flower, Sun and Rain and The Silver Case games. I'm pretty sure No More Heroes may be in the same universe too. Hence the giant moons everywhere in Killer 7 and No More Heroes... They cause people to go insane in the earlier games.

@stinkoman2x6 That slowly dies out after this level, apparently.

That was so so so Jodorowsky. D:

@stinkoman2x6 this scene is probably the biggest lipped alligator thoug
-
@sayatakpunyanama "This is named after the random musical number sung by a big-lipped alligator towards the end of the film All Dogs Go To Heaven. A scene that comes right the fuck outta nowhere, has little to no bearing whatsoever on the plot, is way over the top in terms of ridiculousness even in the context of the movie, and after it happens, no one ever speaks of it again."
From TV Tropes.

@sayatakpunyanama Its a moment that comes out of nowhere and is never brought up again
-
@stinkoman2x6 please define the meaning of big lipped aligator?
-
rwally? wow lol but still i don´t get the true story, especially the end where that guy is sitting on the chair and asking you a question, to let the last "smile" survive or not. Who the last smile is, i won´t tell here

I did a bit of research, and found out those kids are Mithra, the god of contract. From another Suda game: Moonlight Syndrome.
