This video is for the people who followed the street project which ran during the summer of 2007 and ended on Sept 21, 2007....In the video, note the cart dumped over...so the big litter and butts went in first and then swept up all the dirt...so you don't see the butts, but the cigarette butts are there - nearly half a shopping cart full of them.

..picking up litter on my block using the "Tipping Point" idea and "the broken window theory" and a "Pay It Forward" experiment in real life - to try and change a single city block in a single city on our planet...and help people of all lifestyles and points of view to get along.
