Cool match, 123now! Yes, this Perfect Cell's new AI has made him extremely tough, and he can definitely express his feelings much easier now! And, as far as I can tell, he was quite pissed off. ~:-)
But it didn't annoy you in the least. You didn't care about his feelings. You just kept rushing at him and comboing his ass down.
