First ill show you how to get free emulators.
Visit emulator-zone.com.
Here you can download the following emulators:
Nintendo DS Emulators
Game Boy Emulators
PSP Emulators
PS1 Emulators
PS2 Emulators
Wii Emulators
Nes Emulators
And Many More
You can get free roms at the following sites:
frozen-roms.in (the best)
coolrom.com (second)
rombay.com (must register to download)

Now ill tell you how to download roms from my best site: Frozen-Roms.
First search the game in that small box in the middle of the side left.
Than press download and some circles will appear.
All circles will be closed expect one.
click that circle and than press download.
A new window will appear.
You must wait the time to download.
After the time has passed click on download.
That is how to download free roms.

P.S. The Best Nindendo DS Emulator is DESMUME!
You can see me on the video playing Pokemon Platinum, Proffessor Layton and Pandora's Box, YU-GI-OH! 5DS and Ben 10 Alien Force.
