What Album Is This?: Freestyle.
Is M&M Before Slim Shady?: Yes.
Why did M&M change to Eminem?: M&M was copyrighted by the candy M&M.
Is this really 1988?: No.
Who is Soul Intent?: Chaos Kid, M&M But before Soul Intent it was just Bassmint Productions with Chaos Kid M&M and Manix From 1988 till 1992 and they performed some shows till 1994.
D12 was officially formed in 1996 and released the underground ep in 1997
