Thank you Robert for your suggestions.. just saw your video today...and man I gotta say I was very influenced by your multi instrument playing capabilities and your singing I thought was great in itself and it reminded me of Bhimshen Joshi in some instances...but now i'm really inspired by your exercising tips and enthusiasm at this age.....really appreciate that you've put it all together in a very helpful format....I normally do stomach crunches everyday for about 10-12 mins in a day..

Awesome!
I am an NASM certified trainer and I have to say that you definitely give good advice and know your stuff. I agree with you that shorter workouts with more intensity are the way to go over long drawn out workouts. Hill sprints are by far the best type of cardio you can do and I saw that you had another video on them.
What you should do for your next test is go by pulse rate. Get your HR into the red zone, and then see how long it takes to get under 100 bpm. BTW - what is your resting pulse?

@rdeffleymoviesnew Good idea. I just checked my resting pulse. It's 58.

Yes, a good clean diet is important, but you need all three elements - strength training, HIIT cardio training and nutrition to really stay strong and lean.

Man i gotta send this link to my mate, who is Frank Zappa MAD!!, Zappa had a great gig video, you were just a star, 'your sooooo gay' was one of the highlights, good to see you are doing something positive without trying to make megabucks, cheers Rob!
