@Fanik10 whether or not she's talented beyond being a good dancer is a matter of opinion. All of her songs are assembled by studio writers and producers, and her voice isn't very distinctive.

I totally agree with what someone said here. Paula could have mentored many, of these new stars of the 90's concerning DANCE and how not to fall prey too being a has been before 35. Now, I'm not saying that she does not have some talent because I did purchase her music (tapes) in the 80-90's. I loved her then and still till today. Paula stay strong and although, I'm not a hugh fan, of AI you still look beautiful and next to Steven Tyler you are a sweetheart.

@22centman36 Cold Hearted Snake was purely Dirty Dancing. Paula wasn't dirty. It's funny that 17 years can make a big difference. Paula's dirty dancing to Britney's nudity.

@Fanik10 I think that when she made the cold hearted snake video it somewhat tarnished her at little. Right after that she went backt o poppy music, but after the cold hearted snake video she was seen as a little dirty. Plus, her back issues at the time and injuries that needed time to heal up (repetive dancing in paulas style can hurt a person over time) made her take a leave. She tried to come back in the mid 90's , but by then the music scene had changed from pop music to gangsta rap.
