They lob the ball. I play softball a lot and am still not impressed. Softball players are people that could not play baseball. Who cares how far you hit it when they lob it up there.

I notice that some guy attatched to Blair House in Washington DC is called RANDY BUMGARDENER; is there a long tradition of Bumgardeners in America? Somehow it wouldn't surprise me.
