I am going to see a speech today by Deepak Chopra, do u like him ? I want to lose weight, 50 lbs, maybe if i adapt your ideas it will help me. Sugar, deserts, fried food are my enemies, its time I started a healthy lifestyle ! ! !

Been there, done that, and I agree with every tip. #8 was hard for me, to put myself first. I'm a mom and can't remember when I ever put myself first, but I had to do that during my treatment and even my recovery. Excellent and inspiring information!

My 8 yr. old son has been fighting Ewing's Sarcoma since he was 3. You speak our language on "thinking outside the box". Changing the body's PH, juicing etc. This Holistic approach should be part of the "treatment" and all Western Medicine docs. do is just focus on chemo. My prayer is that one day "Holistic" treatment will be the cure for cancer.
