Tricks & Tech is a series where I take one facet of a game and break it down and explore it for you guys.
This week, a reset from one of my teams that uses Vergils ill explored sword formations. This lets you maintain your meter and still kill the opponent rather than burning your meter for Spiral Sword loops.

@b7r0n I had an issue with that myself and found it to be the hardest part of the combo. Try releasing the Round Trip almost immediately after Spiral Swords. It should keep them in the air and connect with the c.H. Hope it helps.

My question is in the main combo how do you time the release of round trip to QCF+S, c.H so that he doesn't fall out? I can't get him to stay in a juggle state....=(

Is the combo you're using in the video (minus the reset) damage optimal for Vergil alone? And would you happen to know what would be damage optimal for vergil + wesker assist. I've become too reliant upon that assist but wanna make sure I'm at least getting my miles out of it.

interesting, overall once you managed to build the second meter vergil becomes very interesting for mixups I really have to try this

@Rezz316 I've actually been working with Ghost Rider recently, I guess I know some fire Carpet stuff with Dorm, but I don't really play the character so that could be a while.

@arvelous Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about Hsien-Ko. If someone points something out to me that's neat though I will sure take a look, and make a vid if its useful enough.
