Sue Mallick with Food City presents a wonderful recipe for spicy Greek Salad at Food City's Cooking School. Ingredients:
1 can Cream of Chicken soup, 1 cup sour cream ranch dip. 2/3 cup green onions, 3 cups cooked chopped chicken, 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, 12 6-inch flour tortillas, 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix souo, dip, and 1/3 cup of green onions. Mix chicken and wing sauce until well coated. Spoon 2 tbsp of soup mixture in center of each tortilla, top with 1/4 cup chicken mix and 1'4 cup cheese. Fold tortilla over filling, place seam side dow in baking dish. Spoon remaining soup mix over filled tortillas. Cover dish with foil; bake 40 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and 1/3 cup green onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
