Hmm... the slides you do interupt the rhythm, and you also seem very out of time at places. Also, like @hollyfrommars said, the bass played at 0:25-0:29 and 0:37-0:41 is different from the rest of the song. Try staying in time and making it a bit more interesting, other than that you're alright. :)

Also 0:25 - 0:29 is E: 3333 A:1111, also same thing at 0:37 - 0:41. I dont mean to rip on you man but you should know the sound not just 1 riff.

You did a nice job, like everyone else says you should play with your index and middle finger, but there's nothing against playing it this way. -also, love the shirt

I asume that your playing is self-learned. Mostly because your fingers are placed all wrong. First of all you should play with your index finger and your middle finger. You should stretch your left fingers more - you should be able to get from 3rdto 1st fret without moving your hand at all.
