@nalniuqs David Lindley played the vast majority of the guitar work. Albert Lee is also credited for some on the backup vocals (as is Carol King) and guitar work.

I never really listen to J.B., but a friend named Frank W. turned me on to J.B.'s music. I cry to all J.B.'s music. It brings back times I got to see my mother . Especially before the deluge. J.B.'s lyrics are so deep and profound. He is a true poet.

I've always liked the 45 version better than the version on the album, so thanks for posting this. Just saw Jackson on the Columbia Gorge at Maryhill in August. He played this and many more great songs; it was a magical night (windy too!).
